Active and Healthy Grandmas

Many women struggle with staying fit and in shape. As we become older our bodies change and for many of us, it becomes more challenging to stay in shape- at least a shape that isn’t round!  Eating a healthy diet (not just dieting!) and staying active becomes even more important than ever. Today’s grandmas have many options to stay active and healthy- tennis, golf, yoga, pilates, aerobics, weight training, walking, jogging… Get the grandkids involved… kick the soccer ball with a granddaughter, throw a baseball or football with the grandson. Get out there and get moving!
