Wow, what a whirlwind 5 days! The Glammy Grammy had a birthday (go ahead and ask…..I’m 48 again) this past weekend. It was an “over the top” celebration that seemed to go on for several days. Most of it pretty normal stuff but there were a few surprises. First, on Thursday our daughter, Mimi and son-in-law, Sam came for a visit from their home in St. Croix! You would probably agree when I say I suspect there are pros and cons to every aspect of life. For instance, the Lemon Cream Cake at Del Frisco’s must have a jillion calories but wow, it’s worth every one of them, just skip dinner and go right for the dessert next time you’re there.
